Ive been making my own belts for a while now. Good quality belts are hard to find for a decent price. I usually buy 10-12 oz wicked & Craig leather strapping. Seems to work the best for me. I also make my own watch bands and natos straps from leather. Nothing beats hand made.

Regarding the speed hooks - one of my only complaints about my Parkhursts is the cheap speed hooks, Truman’s are far superior.

@@EDHBlvd I don’t have Aldens, but the Parkhurst hooks do smash down. They are really high quality boots in every other way though. Such a silly thing to try to save a few cents on.

Truman has recently branched more into the ready made lines but they do offer MTO from time to time so keep your eyes peeled!

@@DalesLeatherworks Dale, you are absolutely correct! Truman released the Crimson MTO on the 20 Last and I have a pair forthcoming. I also ordered the Black Shrunken Bison Moc Toe on the 20 Last, now that it is back in stock. I do wish the Black Bisons were available as an MTO with the option to select a Plain Toe or Cap Toe instead. I love the plain toe Black Bison Boots you are sporting in one of your videos. I think the Black Bison Boots would appear more aesthetically balanced as a plain toe boot with a thick and patterned leather. Maybe my opinion will change as my collection increases. 🤔

My original Kustom Kraft video did some size comparisons, in general I’d say take your standard US boot size. The ones I have are super wide but perfect length. As they break in they’re awesome
