In this video I was lucky enough to be let free inside the original Stone & Wood brewery in Byron Bay, Australia. I take a look at the brewery grounds and then explain each step of the way to brewing a delicious Stone & Wood Pacific Ale.

I must say the Stone & Wood Pacific IPA is probably the most beautiful beer i have ever tasted. I just brewed it and it tastes great. Great video, very informative . Thanks for sharing.

I love Stone & Wood. Everything they do. If you get back to Byron some day you have to check out their new place. It’s pretty epic.

It's literally the best beer I've ever had. Costs about 75-80 a case, so I can't afford to drink it regularly, but geez it's amazing. So proud to have this beer born locally to my home!

Pretty sure it's just all galaxy, I'm not even sure they do anything other than 500g at 20min (I said 40 mins in the clip, but I meant 40 minutes into the boil).

Mash Hacks ah righto thanks! Surely they must dry hop with all that aroma.
