After you try this you will want to NEVER waste money on these again! By meal prepping instant oatmeal ahead of time you can make whatever flavor you love without all of the preservatives, sugars, MSG and artificial flavorings.
I am recently diagnosed with AL Amyloidosis and have just recently had a heart transplant. This is where I document my medical journey as well as all things on our homestead.
