I feel so lucky to be able to finally plant seeds in these raised beds that have been sitting here for two years while I have been back-and-forth from the hospital! This is so exciting to me to see them so productive and lush! We are really going to reap the harvest this year!!❤❤❤

There are so many free things in nature to utilize that the possibilities are endless!🌸 today I am foraging in my property for wild Rose buds and petals. Let me know if you have these on your property. I can’t wait till the Saskatoon berries come out those will be next to pick and freeze and dry! 🫐

If you haven’t started a travellers journal you should. It has been so therapeutic for me to document my travel and health issues. I’m so grateful I made it past the one year mark! This was supposed to be the most dangerous year of the year that if the heart was going to reject, it would do it during the first year usually!❤#grateful

We have an 'opt-out' in uk for organ donation. Sadly i have FAP n blood transfusions so can't donate. But ive offered my body for research, NHS has my colon etc so may as well have the rest 🤣
