I just wanted to take the time to say that I've watched several of your videos and the words you are saying really resonate. Especially this one about dwelling. I tend to ruminate and struggle with fantasy for all the reasons you've mentioned. Still struggling to remember I have more tools now than I did as a kid but what you said about dwelling vs learning who you are really struck a cord. Thank you for your content. I know you're helping a lot of people. ❤
