Are you kidding me!?! It's that easy to stop fattin' the ball?!? Worked like gold for me.. One exercise is a 4-for-1 with 1) weight shift to front leg wayyyyy... earlier 2) slight squat to drive on plane 3a)brake/post against-front-foot/leg, (no further) 3b) hit the ball first 3c)and front leg straightens to drive front shoulder UP and around. Brilliant. Almost magic. Everybody else can close their channels down. The Coach has nailed it in 6 minutes. I coulda saved a few grand and hours of lessons. (the towel might have cost $5)

Fatting and thinning the ball is something I do at least once or twice every round, hoping this will be the cure, because nothing makes me madder than wasting a shot to this particular affliction! Thanks Coach. Cheers from Nova Scotia..MikeR.

Had a very similar tip from my golf coach, and it worked great. Now towel in this case helps even more to get it right and practice - thank you!

any chance you can do a video on toe strikes....everything I hit is on the toe...can't shake it...i believe I swing too much from the inside according to uneekor I'm like 10 degrees from the inside and hitting on the toe

Sounds like a big slide towards target in the downswing causing lots of side tilt pushing path way too far in to out. This is a complete guess though without seeing your swing.

everything i hit has tons of left spin on it...even center face hits...i'm talking like 900 to 2000 spin....can't figure it out....but it sure hooks the heck out of every shot...very discouraging. @@CoachLockey

Coach! What about if your low spot is too far past the golf ball which is resulting in thin shots? Apparently i'm the ONLY ONE on the internet who thins shots constantly because my low spot is past the ball. I've looked far and wide for what the 'experts' think might be causing this....never found any input/info on it, apparently it is only I who suffers this :(

So if I’m lead hand dominant (right handed playing lefty golf) can I hold the towel in my lead hand and try the same task? Would it transfer to the lead side ok?

I just saw a guy watching this video on the golf course, and then he tried hitting the ball with the towel. But the ball did go 150 yards, so I guess it’s not a bad idea.
