Күн бұрын

We know how painful the Time of The Month for women can be, so this track was specifically made to help ease and lower the pain brought about by menstruation cramps. Using binaural beat and isochronic tones embedded in this music therapy track, the waves flow from 12Hz to 2.5Hz, providing you with pain relief, relaxation, relieves muscle tension and lowers blood pressure, improves stress tolerance, has rejuvenating effects, mood elevation, and is closely connected to the Solar Plexus Chakra and the Heart Chakra, which are for self-healing the mind and body, and for good circulation of the blood. Since emotions are also heavily affected by the menstruation cycle, this track also provides you with calmness, less anxiety, and love for self and others.
Listen with or without headphones.

There should be hospitals literally made just for women to come to during their time of the month and they can care for you and give your belly massages and heating pads and tea and all of these things to make you feel better. And then when your all done, you go until next month.

Hope Wolfe I agree! I have to drag myself to the kitchen and make tea and something to eat, al the while praying I will make it through the day. During this time we really need nurturing! Why don't people understand this? It isn't irrational at all, and from what I am reading here, there are millions out there who suffer tremendously just like myself. This is an issue that seriously needs to be addressed.

Speaking from the USA just cuz idk where your from but specifically here , I believe it’s the food we eat that causes all the pain we experience. My friend stopped eating meat and processed foods for 2 months and said her periods were much lighter and barely had any pain or cramps. The food out of the country in my opinion is much better and fresher .

@@erintheperson7145 I mean, they're sort of right. Extremely painful cramps happen wherever you are. Travel to any other country with "better food" and you will 100% find women that still endure terrible pain monthly. Do processed foods help? Not really, no. But it's what we have and for quite a few of us the results don't change either way. It's usually genetic.

Imagine If we could create a place in every City/area of the world where women could Go when they are on their period. It would bei Kind of a Spa you get hot tea and a gentle massage, hot bottles, food and pain medication of you need. You get extra free days and dont have to Go to Work on your period. Wouldnt that be a society that respects and honours women?
@GarnetsWeb
@GarnetsWeb 4 жыл бұрын
I mean, just because we don't have that doesn't mean no one respects or honours women. Where would the money come from? Would you like to pay more in taxes just so women can have their own space just for periods? I'm a woman who gets periods but let's be honest, there are way bigger issues that tax money should go to C:

Hey girls I’m here watching this at 7am on a Saturday I fell asleep yesterday at 7.30 bc I was so exhausted and I was expecting my period today I woke up from horrible cramps. A lot of the time for me my cramps feel like I’m going to die and and get very panicked but girls I just want you all to know we have gotten through all of our periods so far. We are such strong people for our bodies to even have to experience this. Be so kind and gentle with yourself and try not to tense your body up because it can make the cramps worse. Have some paracetamol or ibuprofen or any other pain killer you know works for you, rest in bed with some fluffy socks have some water next to you and try eat something even if it is in small nibbles. This will pass and I know it hurts but this will all pass as it has done before. Take care of yourselves ladies 💗 we got this 💗

BBtech my period cramps didnt improve when I went vegan but it's because I was eating the wrong food. I was eating lots of processed things. as soon as I eliminated those, my cramps went from severe to mild/moderate. raw vegan diets can be dangerous if you don't know what you're doing and your body is definitely not used to it, which could be causing the cramps. I was told that humans are actually not supposed to be 100% raw because we have adapted to eating cooked foods. the most healthiest diet is 50% raw 50% cooked whole food plant based. maybe try that instead and see how you feel? give your body time to adjust

Hey, I was having heavy bleeding and painful cramps too but I tried a vitamin complex called “my happy flo” the cramps went from being an 11 on a scale of 1-10, 10 the worst, to a 3-5 range. This is fantastic given the circumstances and it was just the first month taking them. They’re only online and they’re also stated to shrink uterine fibroids, which turned out to be why mine were so bad. I hope it helps.

So sorry you're going through this 😔! I like lavender/ chamomile lotion and heating pads to help with pain bcse I can't really take traditional medicine either. If you don't have an electric heating pad on hand, take a sock,fill it with uncooked rice,tie a knot at the end and pop it in the microwave for 1 minute. The moist heat works wonders for all kinds of pain. Just be careful bcse it can burn you. Hope this helps! Hang in there!

Since I was little, I wondered why we girls have been created in such a way that we need to suffer so much during our time here on Earth🤔😔😥💔🌍 I've always thought it's so unfair. We bleed and have pain every month, we give birth to children and then we carry are old so we have menopause which is almost the same shit as menstruation but without bleeding. If nothing else, we deserve more respect and love for the strong and beautiful beings we are. There are still countries where women are treated worse than animals in those countries, it feels like punishment to be born a girl. So I want to use my energy to send care, strength and love to the girls who are feeling so much worse than us. I send love and strength to everyone who needs it💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 PS: We are so much stronger and so much powerfull than boys are, don't we?😉💪🏼🦸‍♀️

As I sit here in vacation at the beach I wake up to horrible cramps starting my cycle 4 days early. I have PCOS and as I am not trying to convince there was a very High possibility I should have gotten pregnant, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed it either. I get this sense of depression when I do start my period because I feel like I’m broken & my cramps are so bad I cry and cry and no medication works only some joints and this. This music literally helps lift that depressive feeling over overwhelming depression and anxiety and ANGER and helps my intense cramps die down a lot. Seeing all the woman in the comments supporting each other really made me feel a lot better too. Thank y’all for being so strong and thank you to whoever created this. I'm 14 and I started not long ago, so I'm not yet used to the pain of cramps. When I found this and it actually worked, I was ecstatic. Thank you for this, I'm using this every month

I started when I was 11, I'm 13 now and it still hurts but you kinda get used to it. Plus listening to stuff like this relaxing, drinking some tea and having some pain relief pills really does the trick.

I'm in my 30s and theres really no getting used to them. They hurt! You just learn how to make them hurt less! FOR me I had to stop caffeine as soon as I know its starting...if I get them, take pamprin or Tylenol. Anything with caffeine in it will cause more cramps. Good luck, Hope this helps.

I was in the most pain ever. Cramps were tolerant at first, & then in the car they just got so bad that i had to have my friend drive while i laid in the back crying from the pain. Turned this on, & instantly i felt so relax & fell asleep. Thank you so much! Usually these never ever work for me but i'm so happy this did!

It's just so terrible that during our period even before, we are not ONLY experiencing period cramps but also nausea, vomiting, being moody, it's like my mood feels roller coaster, I have no energy. I swear every time I have my period or even before having it, it feels like I am paying all my sins T^T I know that kinda sounds ridiculous but this ONE OF THE PAINS that I can't do anything but to cry. Even just having signs of period makes me cry because I'll just know that I'll be experiencing my hell again :((((

Me and my sister (sister got her tubes tied so idk if she still gets this) get bad period cramps to the point of sobbing from pain and being unable to move There's been a time I feel to the floor while walking to the kitchen and just curled up crying (from pain, not hormones) Needless to say my mom rarely questions when I ask to stay home at least one day during it

i have endometriosis and i’ve been coming to this video for about 3 years, since i was 14 (17 now) and it always helps. today i’ve had the worst cramps i’ve ever experienced. and i’ve experienced some pretty bad ones. the pain wouldn’t stop for 2 hours i was screaming and crying. i don’t believe in god but this had me begging to him to stop my pain. i threw up 2 times because the cramps made me feel so sick. this video really calmed me down, as well as a hot water bottle, hot water with ginger in it (anti inflammatory) and naproxen tablets. but before i had any of that i turned this music on straight away because it always helps calm me. but just a reminder to everyone that ur diet can affect the inflammation you feel during ur period. this week or month even i’ve been eating extremely unhealthy because of corona virus quarantine and my cramps have never been this bad. where as when i don’t consume dairy or eat meat my cramps aren’t as bad (they will be bad no matter what as i have endometriosis). but i would definitely recommend changing you’re diet to reduce inflammation!! good luck to everyone. we’ll get thru the pain together. ❤️

Cherry thanks so much! i’m also 17 now and i’ve been listening since I was 14 too aha what a coincidence. I truly believe my diet is the culprit because the cramps I’m experiencing now as opposed to my other cycles hurt so much

I can’t even feel my legs, the pain is so intense. Meds don’t work as much as they used to 😢 then whenever it stops, it’s the lack of sleep that kicks in…. We are warriors! Ps : deep breath! And move the legs. In pain we reduce our breathing… but deep breath helps ❤
