I'm just curious. Why is it better to pressure three waves to tower without damaging the enemy top laner with the information of both junglers starting bot? Wouldnt it be better to be at a 60/80 or 70/40 over the 100/100? A lot of people are complaining about how a challenger is smurfing in plat and even i think that it is a bit unfair + ur basically stealing the lp from random players but i think that its good because they show the mistakes the low elo players make and how the challenger played punishes them based on the mistake

Any strat that involves coinflipping early fights is bad advice for low elo, and advising lower elo players (who won't have the mechanics of Hector) to skirmish early w/o factoring in sums/mid prio is absolutely a coinflip. You didn't even factor in the fact that Hector took ignite and didn't assess the mid roam potential. Worst case is dying w/o a kill and that's absolutely a possibility there. The best advice I've received is both high percentage and repeatable across games. Stuff like abusing face-checking, poor csing, and roam windows have been clutch in my climb.

you're gonna lose all the time 1v5ing either way "do not expect competence from your teammates" you can have 4 in top solo getting kills and blowing all their cooldowns your team will secure your own jungle and get nothing of value done for 10+ minutes while one of your lanes slow pushes to the enemy side denying your team all that xp as well

Absolutely bad take. Don't play in this pre-season! They removed smurf queue, matchmaking is an abomination right now.

Instead of smurfing and ruining lower elo games, how about your company just shows videos where players are improving after being coached by your tips? So sick and tired of trying to just play a game or two of ranked and constantly having to face smurfs. Doesn't help that one of the biggest 'advice' channels actively promotes it.

Let's me give u 1 tip. Play however u like be smart and be better than ur opponents. If its not possible u reached ur rank. Now if u r at division 1 so silver 1 bronze 1 etc. Just use boosting sites if u can't achieve it for free. Get ur rank and stop playing rank just play normals. Clash aram. Once in a while q ranked get slapped and go back to normals.

top lane champions are all insanely broken and require no skill whatsoever

It's because there are too many fucking players smurfing.

The reason why a plat player is struggling to play is because challenger carry the trash bronzis into silver no matter how bad they are and the plat now has to Cary bronzis in a game invironment they don't belong. The only way to counteract that is to randomely set up groups the system is just flawed since everything from bronze to challenger is in silver. The system needs a way to less punish mvp and higher punish the lanes dragging everyone down 10 LP loss if you basically where playing solo and 20 LP loss if you went 0/20 adc who started playing jng and didn't touch a turret the entire game. That way ppl just aren't so enraged about that said adc because we'll if they carry the next game like a god they get twice the LP they lost. It would also help ppl who have the skill and will to carry to focus and do so and the guys "playing safe" and having less dmg then the support to cut the slack and trying to benefit the team. Solo kills should count the most, then kill participation to counteract that solo kills are everything then kills then assists (so assists highly play into kilparticipation) furthermore not abiding with the teamvote should give a huge penalty unless you archive any objective in that time which counteracts penalty. Your point total gets percentagewhise subtracted with time in fountain meaning if you go back for your itemspikes you might get penalized but if you archive with the itemspikes then you get a + so a good back is always a + and going back for every 450gold gets penalized (5% base time means your points times 0,95 and 10% means your points times 0,90 ) All that would counteract toxicity it would clear up bronze/silver/gold and give a better judgement of theyr placing and helps smurfs getting out of there quicker. All around a healthier environment and less need to mimick challenger as a gold player just to get through silver.
