If they say it's "for kids" then any time someone criticizes their terrible, lazy writing they already have an excuse locked and loaded, ready to fire back. What they don't seem to grasp is that this excuse, in this context, is a type of fallacy called 'non sequitur' because the content actually is for adults, but they know that, so it's less "fallacy" and more "propaganda" (literally.) As a parent, I want to say thank you for bringing this to my attention. This kind of stuff really worries me and angers me. It is not for kids. He used to swear, he wasn’t aiming at children, but his content attracted kids anyway and when he realised that he took the responsibility to stop doing things that were inappropriate for his audience. He didn’t intend to create content for kids, but that happened, and so he stepped up to that role and made sure he kept his audience safe and I have the upmost respect for him for that.

I find it pretty insane but also really cool that your video and the Nerd City video came out on the same day, when I know both channels put tons of work and editing into their videos that easily means days to months of work on a video idea and content. You really got your finger on the pulse dude, and I can believe easily that you shoot up to 1mil+ subs this year... since so many last year and the year before shot up from 100-300k to over a mil, close to 2 mil for people like Gus Johnson.
