You don't even have to make drastic changes or huge jumps for bettering yourself. It can be just doing one thing different or adding one thing to your routine each time you do it. It adds up.

To be fair, we were also doing at least 3 videos per week instead of doing a video when we have an idea and time for a video. We all got burned out.
