I have spent 30,000 gems and didn't get a single legendary. So what you need to do is collect the minimum of 160, 000 gems (3 * 90 * 600) and only after that participate in the event, otherwise, you will waste your fewer gems for nothing. 2 times 90 draws will guarantee 2 legendaries, and the third time 90 draws will guarantee the artifact you wished for. Summary - 160, 000 gems required. I don't believe in luck; I am a pessimist :)

This is definitely the way to do it; I saved 240k gems and 100 keys before I did it and managed a level 4 infernal flame! Thanks for the tips!

hello, i am korean. what is the define of low mid high spender? how much you pay become a mid? I spent about $300 monthly then is it mid spender?

Well it depends on person to person; someone who spending on just monthly gems, battlepass and some dailies and occasional first level bundles would be low spender in my eyes. Anything above that mid spender!
