One big problem is getting compression socks to fit swollen legs.some show you how to measure and some don’t. You pray that you order the right size and that they fit.

Mine is do bad etc that I survived surgery nightmare and lived in a coma I have so many scars etc I just want myself back.. I am also hyper sensitive now too a lot if things and having a broken leg and ankle wud not help... Can u suggest anything have Sox etc they did more harm than good

Thank you for the video , very healthy . Only thing i wonder about is why greens with all the issues it has from carbs/oxylates/antinutrients/pesticides/natural chemical defence . I try to do carnivore / Keto but my problem is my own cheat . Have you seen benefits from increased Taurine supplements as I was following a discussion about swollen feet / edema , I have already a bloodsugar/insuline issue and feel this is the base problem for me and the periferal problems is in liver/kidney after 50 years of high carbs/SAD diet. Thank you so much for enlightning the issue as my doctor is just as clueless as the next man and only prescribe tablets to urinate fluid making my electrolyte balance even worse.

Hi I met with accident 8 months ago and I had surgery at my leg, now I'm starting to working at restaurant but I can't able to standing Long hours because I feel strong pain and swelling at my ankle. Even I taking pain killer medicine it will not stop pain. Please let me know the proper treatment for this.thanks

Great stuff Dr. Hey about 2 months a go my right foot had pins & needles feeling but it didn’t go away. I went to the ER but no help. My primary doctor sent me to a neurologist. He didn’t do any test he just said it’s probably neuropathy and gave me a lot of pills. It’s been eight weeks although the pins and needles filling is gone my foot is numb. I don’t know what to do next any advice

My left leg and foot have been swollen for 5 months and then the other foot and leg started 3 months ago, had x ray, ultrasound and antibiotic on a water pill since February nothing is working and I am in severe pain can't walk constantly tired and sleep a lot I am scared and need some help! If your ankles/legs/anything below the waist are swollen, go to your doctor. Learn about nutrition. Learn about light exercises you can do. Do them. Lose weight.

One question. I'm diabetic and have neuropathy traveled 6.000 thousand feet high and now suffering off swollen feet. I tried compression socks works good but still swollen feet without compression socks it's that normal

Hello, unfortunately in general both diabetes and swelling is not normal overall.

That can be something that people get used to, but I always do everything in my power to have my patients lose weight as fast as reasonable, get their diabetes under control and address any biomechanical issues that would allow for swelling and damage.

It is always a race against time to get as healthy as possible as quickly as possible, because unfortunately all of these issues will eventually lead to even more significant health problems like limb damage, heart, kidney, vision or further systemic issues.
