Do you have rep amounts or times for the exercises or is it one of the those listen to your body kinda things. When it is one of those listen to body things when exactly should you stop

You should always listen to your body. If you’re getting joint pain, or any pain that isn’t just muscular fatigue, you should stop. In terms of reps and sets, entirely depends on your goals. Less reps with higher intensity is generally strength building, moderate reps with 65-80% intensity is generally muscle building, 50% effort for long duration is generally endurance. Hope that helps

@@RadoslavCa I'm preparing for College wrestling. It's not a necessity but it has helped me a little when I'm doing certain drills. Truthfully I've been all over the place with my fitness as I have wrestling practice 5 days a week and I've been doing Cole's routines, then the last natural, and then yours lol

Nice dude, good luck with the wrestling. You should check out wrestling fanatics, I’m sure they have a lot of technical stuff you’d find useful. I use their sister sites BJJ and judo fanatics

Is only doing running for a whole body strength and muscles better ? Or one should do workouts too ?

You should definitely also workout, but then again, that depends on your goals. But I’ll say that 99% of people should workout :P

Push ups, explosive leg exercises, plank walkouts. Any compound exercise

For sure, it helps if you do them properly, search on my channel and you’ll find a detailed breakdown of push up form. If you want extra, strap a weight to your lowback, will make your core have to work much harder. Use a backpack if you don’t have anything else

Don’t forgot some of us who will always look pregnant no matter what we do to train our abs or how much weight we lose. Like me who have massive fibroids and a large uterus. I actually have to go and get a hysterectomy now, because they are starting to affect my one of my kidneys and put pressure on other organs among other issues.

Thanks ;) as for the exercises, any full body functional exercise will hit the core. The demos are to show the limitless possibilities people can play with. Now, if you’re asking for another video made up of core exercises, I am taking requests :P

@@RadoslavCa Yes! This video has excellent ideas but no names and break downs. A video covering what you did and how (pointers, tips, how to execute moves properly, what to look out for etc would be great!). You are so right with the msg though. Spot on!
