It is scary how stiff I am! Btw: All the positions looked easy and were explained so well that you convinced me to try them out. This is the first time I actually tried immediately, not just watch and do nothing.

Thanks Dennis. I don’t do anything for skin care directly (ex creams, lotions, products etc.) it’s all about a healthy lifestyle. Good food, clean water, sleep, stress management. Taking care of the body from inside out

This is very good! Thank you. Is there anything for a strained lower back. Im not sure when i keep my spine in a optimal, right position - never sure if i don't curve it one way or another (use of smartphone makes u doing cat back, while i intentionally curve it back to offside it ending up without a feel of the right "straight" posture... only when sitting straight, pushing ass back, having a lower back support added to chair, leaning rest of back on chair with back in general straight i feel its all the right way but sitting isnt the default to seek a proper balanced back feeling). I like pulling up on bar, crunches & pushups but now i feel & see as i overbuilt the first set of belly muscles under chest too much and sometimes get cramp in these. Would stretching it the opposite way could keep it loose & not prone to cramping? My dad had it too so maybe its a family genetic anatomy? Also i noticed keeping arms too much forward, making a rounded back horizontally, with need to push them back for upper back muscles to be in line, in one plane, and even then some smaller muscles on edges are extended beyond the plane (probably because of focusing on pushing up on bar 1 way always without any variety). So does it make sense to make push ups more focused on back muscles? Would it also stretch and expand front chest?

Sounds like you’re aware of what’s going on and how to fix it. Avoid the crunches as those will make your posture worse. As for the push ups, make sure you’re doing more pulling (back exercises) compared to pushing to help even you out

Heyy. I have a question. I'm learning handstand. I never did that before. Im trying slowly and careful but every time when I'm trying it I have terrible pain in one spot on my back (around 10cm down from my neck). Do you have any suggestions about that?

Is it a muscular pain or is it in your spine/joints/bone? Do you feel it otherwise or only when you train HS?
