Learn how to tie 5 of the most useful and easiest to tie stopper knots, step-by-step. These stopper knots have so many uses in their own right, but also provide additional features to other knots, hitches and bends. One of the most common uses for these knots is to provide extra security to knots, bends and hitches that may slip, which you will see put to use in some of our other videos.
The stopper knots in this video are shown in order if increasing difficulty, (not that they are hard to tie) and also in increasing knot size. Knot size often matters with stopper knots because they need to avoid slipping through an object, grommet, material, etc..
