There is dust and camera shake. Note that going over the top with this will take away of realism. Keep things subtle :)

I like this effect, good job! I have noticed that people still add fake camera shake, and at this point the visual elements look so real that I don't think you needed it. Maybe even the fake camera shake is the only thing that looks fake lol. Like putting too much salt on a perfectly cooked steak. One of the reasons is that the premise/scenic world is 'real life' and the shake is very Hollywood 'pro' shoulder shake. Even mobile phones have better stabilization. I say have just a slow zoom in or pan, and only add the shake for impact fx. Add cinematic music and sfx too, just leave the real behind and lean into the mystical. That will make it perfect. Anyways just my 2c

That's completely up to you. I see value in the information behind it which you'll have to translate to Blender but basically all 3D software translates to another software. Also the community and zoom calls could be helpful to improve your skills or unlock new opportunities :)
