I say this regarding the ayat 31 in surah 74 of the Quran, where Allah tells us the number of angels guarding hell (which are stated in 74:30 to be 19) is proof for the people of the book of the truth of Islam, and also gives the believers more proof that Islam is the truth and the Quran is from Allah, which personally has made the waswas less effective, but the fitna is always there because that's the nature of the Dunya and why we have a jinn attached.
