Kelly suddenly began having digestive issues, and multiple blood tests showed that she was developing allergies to many foods. She was then diagnosed as having mast cell activation syndrome, and doctors told her it was a "permanent" condition. In 2017 Kelly read “You Are the Placebo,” which put her on the path of self-awareness that finally healed her three years later.
Recorded at the Cancun Week Long Advanced Retreat in December 2020.

I want to hear a testimony where person got healed without attending a Workshop. Basically just by reading books and doing meditation. Update : I wrote the above few months ago and I just checked that Dr Joe's channel has a playlist of people of who have healed at home before attending a worshop

Hello. In February of this year I ordered and listened to the progressive/ intensive videos daily. I meditated 3 times daily. I did not attend any workshops. I wanted to go to San Marcos in November but with COVID-19 I chose not to attend. Turns out I didn’t need to attend the workshop. In June of this year my brain scan revealed no evidence of tumor growth. This was a follow up from a previous scan in February that showed questionable tumor growth. Dr Joe’s books, videos etc have changed my life. This journey has led me to the teachings of Rupert Spira and Francis Lucille.

Kelly's story is my favorite. There are plenty of amazing stories of transformation that are beyond beautiful, but Kelly's story is the most similar in so many ways to mine. I also love how she speaks about not being perfect during the process. That rings true for me as well. I have yet to get where she has gotten, but i will at some point. Sending love to all of you that needs it.

"Turning everything into the enemy" really hit home for me. Kelly's story helped me illuminate how hyper-vigilant I am right now "seeking" out the threats every time I feel a downturn in my health. A lot to reflect on from this video. Super grateful for your sharing, Kelly, and for your healing.

I went through the same story. Developed MCAS when our house was accidentally, “poisoned,” by a cleaning agent dumped into our duct work. I am an holistic health practitioner. When I was told I would always have it, I called BS as well. I sat down and wrote a healing program for myself and read it over and over again. Within 4 months I was symptom free. I was also meditating and I believe that helped as well. Doctors only know one method. Your body knows how to heal itself.
@ThatWellthyGirl
@ThatWellthyGirl Жыл бұрын
I’m going through sudden MCAS as well, after years of Lyme, pots ect. Made the mistake of scrolling through Reddit and Facebook groups a few months back when this started and it terrified me, all you see if “I can only eat 5 foods and it never goes away” or “there’s no cure”. Part of me knows it’ll go away and then it totally can, but the other part has that doubt. May I ask what your healing program you wrote for yourself looks like? It’s hard not to doubt and spiral when you get sucked into the current experience in your 3D
@theruminator241
@theruminator241 7 ай бұрын
@@ThatWellthyGirl This is my story as well. Someone else's healing "program" is individual. You are still trying to change something external. From a relatively small original issue, I spiraled down further and further taking me to more and more diet restrictions. I "knew" deep down that the "gluten/dairy" issue was another "fad" disease. It seemed everyone I knew and read about was being told the same thing. But I was afraid not to listen because we are so bombarded with fear and everything becomes an enemy. So I started trying EVERYTHING! I lost so much weight, was wasting away - 80 lbs 5'4". It was very scary! It was exhausting and so stressful. Interestingly, I studied Dr. Joe a decade ago, went to 2 advanced workshops. One of the best experiences of my life! Resolved some things and thought I was done. But a few years ago, I developed an aggravating sinus issue that started me on the road to a "culdesac from hell" as I called it. Endless research and doctor after doctor, trying to discover what was causing it and from there I have been through years of hell, to the point of being almost bedridden. In the middle of a recent panic attack (serious health anxiety), I contacted a friend who had gone to the workshops with me. She suggested listening to Dr. Joe again. To cut this short, I did exactly that. For days now, I have listened to probably 50 testimonials, am doing the meditations again, and noticing that I am already stepping into my NEW body. Every time I feel a twinge of something that was in the old one - a pain, a thought, it's easier to switch it off and KNOW that is the old ME. and that I am not her anymore. Today, I walked a mile (before, maybe 100 steps, if that). I have gained 10 lbs. I eat anything I want and have regained my enjoyment of just simply eating without scrutinizing and being afraid of everything on the table. I can help my husband with the cooking and cleaning. I was beginning to feel like a slug, so dependent on him. I can grocery shop. Chronic pain is gone. In other words, tho I am not completely my new self yet (it's only been a few days), I can see that believing I am no longer that old self, and that I am not doing this to heal, but to simply be in the joy of being my new self, is THE ANSWER. That is the same for all of us, regardless of how we get there. I have changed and I will continue to reinforce this as often as is necessary. I just didn't think to apply the work I learned before to what I experienced with these issues. Obviously, I needed to struggle more to become who I really am. I was always looking for something or someone "out there" to fix me when instead, I needed to be someone who didn't need fixing. Point? Don't do any of this with the objective to heal. I know it's so hard not to try to heal when you are ill and in pain. But do it just to contact source and feel the ecstasy of that. That was what I was missing. I hope this helps you overcome yourself and enjoy a new healthy you!

Kelly I completely 7:18 relate to what you’re saying here. 100% there is a process to letting go though. Which is a learning process in itself. I find the meditations fantastic because they reflect back a inner vision of what you’re doing of your old program of the person you want to let go of. I have learned that it’s meditating to feel the wholeness that we already are. We are already who we want to become. We are healed, we are whole and we are incredibly abundant 🤝🥰 I can say all this because I know it in my mind but I really want to experience it in the field. Yeah I’m sticking with it 😅
