Starting at age 25, Sarah was diagnosed with a host of auto-immune conditions, with her symptoms progressively getting worse and worse the more she tried to "figure out" and manage them. Among the diagnoses--lyme disease, hashimoto's, epstein-barr, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, insomnia, conjunctivitis, irritable bowel syndrome...and, not surprisingly, anxiety. She is now completely healed and symptom-free, and this is the story of her journey.
Recorded at the Marco Island Week Long Advanced Retreat in January 2021.

I'm so happy for you! Your story is quite a lot like mine except I'm very much older and have been sick for much longer. My mindset is similar to yours because I always felt that somewhere along my path that I would miraculously heal. My symptoms were much the same except mine had gotten worse than yours but it started with Lyme. Several years ago I read a book by Dr. Joe Dispenza that sounded like it could help me. Well, it did but it took longer than you. I couldn't afford to go to an event but I started the meditations and kept at it. After several years, one day after a meditation I felt different. I decided to go outside and I noticed that when I went down my stairs, I did so much better. When I got outside and started walking, I again noticed a big improvement in my walking! This happened about 2 weeks ago. Everyday. I'm improving. Many people had given up on me. [ I proved that you don't have to go to an event to heal. I just never gave up on the idea that I would eventually have my miracle and heal. I know now that my miracle is still happening every day. I'm 80 years old. I slept last night the whole night!]

@@lazser47 I believe that it's what Dr. Joe says, you have to do the work. You can't think your way out of this, you have to go through the heart. Also, I believe this Universe runs on the energy called Love. I have discovered that at this point, any kind of stress will set me back. Because then you are thinking in the negative again which changes your energy back out of the healing and love place. Somehow we are once again not loving ourselves so we absolutely must keep doing the work just like Dr. Joe urges us to do. I hope this helps. Keep going and bless you!

“My body does not speak in the languages of diagnoses.” FACTS. They are just names that we’ve created to describe a symptom or a group of symptoms. The body doesn’t care what it’s called. 👊🏾🔥🔥🔥

This was absolutely extraordinary to listen to. I cried almost the whole segment. I have healed Graves disease because I decided that it would be the case. I didn't listen to doctors who said I would never heal, but only manage the symptoms. I healed. I released sexual trauma from my body and chose to heal and I did.

Did you just change your thoughts and meditate? Or did you also use food and other matter to matter things?
@AlwaysHereAndNow
@AlwaysHereAndNow 2 ай бұрын
@@sourcehealing82 I did a lot of somatic healing that included different meditations, breathing techniques, awakening of my sexual energy (which is what Joe teaches in his meditations, he just doesn't call it that) and self pleasure practices. I was part of a year long coaching training and received a lot of trauma informed coaching through peer training. (I am now a coach as well) I also adopted an AIP diet (auto immune paleo) for 5 months which I think helped. So it wasn't just mindset and seated meditations, a lot of somatic work too (moving the body in ways that help released stored trauma). But the fundamental was that I decided that I would heal and didn't believe the very pessimistic views of my endocrinologist.

A riveting testimony. I love this woman. What strength and intuition. I love that she came to settle on "I don't know" as her pathway out of her physical mind. I had come to this myself, after dealing with various physical maladies that were of concern to me but that I couldn't "figure out" or prognose. Whenever my anxiety rises, I say "I don't know" as a mantra that neutralizes fear and neutralizes the egoic mind, the analytical mind that will take you down a dark path (a slippery slope) if you let it. "I don't know" suspends rational thought and opens the way to a heart-based pathway.

Thanks for saying that... Right now I just said "I don't know" about something and it just opened my heart... How easy yet so difficult to trick the mind because it always "knows" and yet its leading you to a very bad place... Thank you so much, really appreciate this🙏🏾

That's an interesting statement. Bc I think as humans, we want control over our symptoms. It's perfectly natural. There's a problem, wfats the solution? How do I fix it? It's definitely very hard to let go of a hard wired, evolutionary and natural process of wanting to know how to fix it, what are the steps. Not having control of my pain makes me feel like I'm sitting in a small boat, dozens of miles from any shore, in a contunual dark, foggy night. Lost. It's a terrifying feeling. Terrifying. I think that's what makes several lymies kill themselves. Loss of control of pain.

The most powerful testimony I've heard. Spoke to my heart. I too have been trying to think myself out of my illness - going on 11 years mostly bedridden, and I too have never entertained the thought that this is permanent. As a former Nutritionist all I do is research, research, research, and try new protocols, certain the latest one is going to work. It's time for me to stop thinking and start feeling my way home.... Something similar to what she shared at the end happens to me all the time.😂 People around me think I’m in denial when I talk about how I’m trying to deal with my health problems. I know there are people who are spiritually bypassing but in my case I’m not. They are projecting how they can’t believe in themselves or their body’s ability to heal.

Oh Sarah. What a beautiful soul you are. And the friend you found at the retreat... Brings me to tears every time. I am so grateful for you both, and for this story. I keep watching it over and over again... Thank YOU.

I am used to revisit the testimonials more than once because they inspire me. to proceed in my own quest. . This is the third time I watched yours. But this time it has moved me so much the passion and conviction with which you are aboard your condition and the moving way in which you expose your story that tears rolled down my cheeks. You are a great human being, so strong and determined to achieve your goal no matter what and at the same time you are giving us a lesson of persistence and endurance even though sometimes you felt doubts yourself. However, you overcame that feeling and kept on going. Thank you so much for your sharing.
