Storm Corrosion is a collaboration between two of the modern era's greatest and most revered artists -- Steven Wilson, prolific sonic polymath and frontman with UK prog standard bearers Porcupine Tree and Mikael Åkerfeldt, leader and chief creative driving force for Swedish progressive metal legends Opeth. I hated this record at first, like an idiot I was expecting opeth meets porcupine tree. I was only a teenager so forgive me lol I brought it, sold it then re brought it I have to say now it’s my favourite record the pair of them have released I constantly go back to it and never get bored of it An absolute masterpiece thank you for not giving us what we expected and exceeding everyone’s expectations
