This has to be the best cover of a heavy metal song this year! I remember hearing Deep Purple-Made in Europe. 1st time I ever heard Storm bringer back in the mid 70's. The song just grabs the jugular vein and just rocks harder and harder!

One of my all time best DP MK3 songs covered creatively & progressively in a beautiful way by four tremendous musicians. Virgil is a machine man ruling on his machine. Tony, a beast on bass. Joel, the monster on guitar. And Dino’s beautiful powerful voice, a missed type of vocals these days. We expect more from u guys. A supergroup to be formed is a must 👍🏼🤘🏼

I have seen Whitesnake 47 times, starting in 1978 (yes I know this is a Purple song) and every tour since. I honestly would not be sad if Dino were to step in to Mr. Coverdale"s shoes. Trust me I never thought I would say that.

As a bass player myself...can’t go wrong with Tony Franklin not a big fan of fret less basses but the way he plays Christ sounds great loved his playing in blue murder. The rest of the band kills it. Donati on drums...master time manipulator ...Joel...killer tone playing always looks like he’s having fun & Dino on vocals...where did this kid come from holy crap. Anyway as a 63 yr old I’d love to see something come of this especially with Whitesnake winding down. Just subscribed to the channel. Phenomenal!!!

They are all excellent. We are so lucky to be able to listen to such masters. Centuries ago, even a bad musician could get an audience. You could never hear music at will. You had to pray long and hard. By the way, this cover would nevertheless not be as killing without Virgil Donati's steady and brutal inputs. Simply phenomenal !!
