Only worry I'd have relocating to the area is retaining my Texas accent. I love the none commercialization of the town. It has its own charming character. Thank you for sharing

Absolutely beautiful footage. We’re taking a winter vacation there soon. I’m a southerner and to me, the Cape is the most perfect place on earth

Oh, the off season. Low key, muted colors, no harsh light and shadows. One of my favorite winter retreats.

I've been on the Cape off season in Wellfleet. So incredibly bucolic and quiet. Only stores in town were the Lighthouse restaurant (bar) and the liquor store. Everything else shut down.
