STORY TIME - MANONG FREDO'S UNDAK UNDAK (Sabiki)
This video is a tribute to Manong Fredo who taught me how to make this - it's very simple, but back then, it was a very specific approach to catching specific fish - the very first time I have seen someone do something so specific - and it was not even with a rod and reel.

Great vid Kit Master! There’s also something very ‘Zen’ about the gentle art of Sabiki lure fishing and my favourite method of collecting baitfish before a session or just a thing and snap freezing for future use. Thanks for this one mate. And special thanks to your special childhood mentor for allowing you to hand the knowledge and technique down. Hey Charles! I would beef them up if you are going to use them there. I have tried this in a lot of places...just keeping things on the down load and actually had better results than commercial models.

Nice... that method using "kotrekan sabiki" (Indonesian), an effective way to catch baby GT for morning shore casting

Sure is! There is another method he used specifically for baby GT...was very deadly! Kinda felt sorry for the fish he caught after I realized how big they got. hahahahhaha

save your money, get at least a storm rod and get either an ocea jigger or a saltiga...save your money. Buy brand new if you can to avoid inheriting issues. But again...buy standard, don't buy brands that are questionable. again...save your hard earned money and buy the right gear for the use. It is better to wait and get the right gear than buying lesser brands that you won't know would give you issues down the line.
