Ugh I don't do fake friendships. My circle is small AF. I got 4 friends lol 😂 Less people less drama.

I can speak about fake friends for hours. Unfortunately, I met a lot of people like this... Who told false things about me or my family, stole me, were jealous, etc. Now I'm 25, I only have 3 close friends. That's enough for me. Each time when I met someone, I pray & I ask God this thing : "God, if he/she a great person. Allow us to be friend if he/she's not..Please, put him/her out of my life now." It works all the time.

Even family members can turn their backs on u during ur toughest times, gossip behind ur back (that u can't achieve anything without them n that u'll stay at the bottom forever) n that shit hurts the most than when friends betray u

Cutting out dramatic, jealous friends was the best decision I made. Looking back now, I realise how much energy and time I wasted and I'm glad I got out when I did because otherwise I would still be wasting valuable time on minor things, distracting me from what's important. I highly recommend cutting these people out, I'd rather less 'friends' so I spend more valuable time with real friends and family!

Glad that you shared this. It's funny how I went through something similar when my career went up a few notch and they wasn't much information available online or many people I could speak to about what was happening. I had people questioning why I was getting opportunities and yet it was all in the making a few years before with all the sacrifices I made. Also, I found that some people didn't have exposure or vision, so when you have both of this, you go to get what you want/ need and work harder, it becomes a problem for others. The situation that I faced made me selective with the people I had around me and I dropped people who were being petty instead of being constructive. Also, I'm always inspired to go after my dreams when I see someone doing really well and I have never seen why jealousy should be in the picture. Yes, I admit that you may want to be successful like a friend or some friends, however, you take energy and let it fuel you to work at stuff you want. In addition, if you can stand in your own two feets, you have more chips to bargain with in many situations rather than solely depending on someone or others. Some people who you may be relying on, may not have your best interest at heart, so to be independent as per your finances/ careers is concerned, it ensures that people in favourable positions treat (people in the know or people successful in life) far better. Some ladies are all out there trying to get the lifestyle very easily by using others, but they don't realise that the world where you got carried for just looking good is 10% available out of 100%. So, they're leaving themselves vulnerable and they'll get stuck in places they shouldn't be in. Also, anyone (male or female) who have an issue with you as a lady being successful, are not sure of themselves and they're living with very primitive notions. So, it's best to stay away and connect with people on the same page. We all have different journeys in life, so you cannot want someone else's life. Sometimes, it may look glamorous or luxurious, but you wouldn't want to do or be in the position if you knew what it took for it or you couldn't do the work for it as it's not in you. Not all glitter is gold and if you're after gold, go get your own for it to last longer.

Honestly feeling like I'm in the same situation. To make a long story short, don't put your friends in a place they don't deserve to be in. If they are not prioritising you and your feelings and don't show you affection the way you receive love and don't go out of their way to be your friend. Drop them, him, her. A friendship isn't very different from a relationship. you can choose to stay within that friendship, but ask yourself if that's the type of love and friendship you feel you deserve. It doesn't even always have to be a fake friends situation, it could just be a thing where you're putting in all the effort and the other person(s) aren't. Make sure you're not someone who easily jumps to conclusions and constantly misinterprets things, make sure you can actually SEE inconsistency. I'm really sad that I let this happen to me because I used to be someone who loved my own company and didn't rely too much on other people's company, but I guess at some point, I got my priorities messed up. I don't know or understand why people don't know how to appreciate a good thing when its right in front of them. I won't let this change me though because of Sherlina's example, like look who's laughing now 😂😂. Someone will appreciate me, but before that I wanna start enjoying my own company etc. Thank you so much for the video Sherlina, can't wait to see what more you have in store 💫💫💫💫

i was bestfriends with these 3 girls and one of them who I was closest to and introduced to everybody switched up on me out of no where and started telling me “my happiness made her want to slit her throat” (word for word), and treating me like shit out of nowhere!!! This girl was my bestest friend and from there nobody else stuck up for me just like none of your friends stuck up for you and I started to be that one who was left out out of no where and it really is the worst feeling. All the time you put into them thinking they truly cared about you and would be there for you when you need them just to be betrayed and ganged up on by everybody for nothing. True friends would care to hear your side and care to stand up for you and if they don’t they all need to go

So again it shows that Everyone goes through problems, experiences, rejection, lessons to learn, though times in life even instagram beauty's, celebrities. Throughout life we tend to compare ourselves or our journey to somebody else's journey and that's the useless thing we can ever do . Each of us are unique individuals with individual journeys, do your life in your own time and terms. And don't think you have all the problems in the world each of us go through life dares, just like she said at the end of the day the only person who is going to have your back is yourself. Be your biggest supporter and Know yourself enough to know how to handle yourself in hard times. Happiness is not a destination, we can find happiness everyday in little things and bare in mind that everything comes and goes don't stress out when life is going on mad you'll be fine again in a minute ;) everything happens for a reason and for a season. If anything wasn't blessing was a lesson, either is a friendship or a relationship, all of this makes us wiser and stronger and boost ur fukin confidence like craaazyyyy

What I want changes and mentally I'm not who I thought id always be, and I shed even more with relationships. It's starting to feel as though we connect with people whilst we're on the same path in our journeys, once that shifts, if the relationship wasn't that deep, we shed those people. I'm learning to keep work friends as just that, work friends. I'm learning to not assume they belong in my personal life. I tell people this all the time... Be the happiness that you are looking for because if you let anyone become what makes you happy there might be a time you'd be disappointed... Make yourself happy and watch who you keep around you... Some people are there just to dim your light or even try to take it from you... I've been through this... Time and time again.... I'm now 27 with 0 friends and 3 sister's... Oh and let's not forget that I'm happy and not stressed or under pressure to make my friend's happy and more accepting of me.
