I bought this service for my mom and we're loving it. Also had good experience with customer service. Bought it for my dad too and he ended up not wanting to do it, and they returned my money within a day or two. Highly recommend (though still too early to see/get the actual book.)

Since the youtube poster did not actually engage the service, here's a review from someone who did: save your money. I paid for a year's membership and have been having trouble ever since. Their customer service person told me the company was "overwhelmed" and that's why my inquiries were ignored. It's been more than 2 weeks and I guess everyone is still overwhelmed, bc I havent received a response to my complaint about the service not working, nor have I received a refund, which I requested.

Don’t waste your money on this product. Based on personal experience (I purchased this for my mom in May 2020): something will quite possibly not work with the platform they use; there is a strong chance that you’ll receive, after being ignored, poor customer service from people who will attempt to gaslight you as opposed to help you. This company blames users for errors that are inherent to their product. Save you and the people you love frustration and wasted time. Have them use a simple word processing application and help them add pictures if they need that help. Create positive memories with your family rather than the shared frustrations of StoryWorth’s shoddy product and (almost criminal) ‘customer service.’

I have a problem with their privacy policy as they say they own all the date with unrestricted world wide license to use as required. So beware before you put in there all info about your loved ones life and also their photos. They could feel your info into AI and make movies and profit on it or create targeting ads for you.
