61 this year. Ridiculously fit. Worked out for forty years. Have used creatine since the mid 90's. That and coffee. I never used any other supplements. My skin is totally wrinkle free. Testosterone is over 800, when I was 59 it was 936. Nonsmoker, don't drink. Still participate in the same sports I did when I was 20. Lifestyle of a thirty year old with a thirty something partner.

Amazing! Great video. Caffeine tablets (200 mg) are great for me, I use it with L-Tyrosine (precursor to dopamine, when I do mental work like studying or some long physical work, it helps me make smart decisions, also I feel motivated for longer period of time) and L-Theanine (so caffeine would feel less jittery, and for improved focus)

Great video. I had totally forgotten about brewers yeast, I used to take it way back in the early 80's. Yep, I remember the days of using soya protein, powdered skimmed milk and raw eggs too - tasted gross, many of the younger guys do not realise how easy they have it nowadays with all these great tasting powders, bars etc. Can't remember what they were called but I think Tropicana sold them - but they were powdered sheep testicle tablets, lol.

Vegemite is brewers yeast and is awesome with avocardo on toast. The liver tablets are as good as anything. Get your iodine from seaweed which was used then. Probably could have sourced whey protein for free. You could get ginkgo from the Chinese medicine stores. Not much new since then that is really that good, probably creatine, but I don't think big doses do that much, and I don't think it's as good as the way people rave on about it
