fwiw the tetrio wiki details the piece rng to some extent! Each bag gains two additional random pieces (or possibly one)

True RNG goes crazy, I once got (I think) 5 I pieces in a row playing snestris. Really creative attempts at PCs Wumbo :O

That version is not technically true random, since there is a smaller chance of getting multiple in a row compared to true random.
