I understand the explanation of what's happening. I have no idea from this description why the term is "triangle they out", because at no point in the explanation was a triangle explicitly mentioned or demonstrated. So...where's the triangle in this 2-2 reversal pattern?

Might want to dumb it down further lol. Maybe you can explain what the triangle is for the slow ones like me. "They got triangled out" seems to mean a 2 2 reversal with your explanation. I assume it refers to the triangle shape but that's not clear from this video.
