in the Manga, most of what happens to the strawhats after they were seperated was hardly shown in the Manga itself but rather mostly in cover pages, and not even a lot of coverpages, the Anime extended them greatly compared to what the Manga had.

Episode 37 is my favorite One Piece episode ever. It is when Nami asks Luffy to help, walk to Arlong Park and “which one of you is Arlong?” Made me drop Naruto and Bleach to binge One Piece.

@@miguelgonzalez6495 both Naruto & Bleach are good in their own rights, but I totally get why you’d do that. OP has some pretty good story building (maybe better than Naruto and Bleach) I’m a couple arcs ahead rn and the plot twist I just witnessed was immaculate. Like for a show to have over 1k episodes and still have amazing plot twists, I’d say that’s feat in itself.

@@cheapship6843 Of course they are. By dropping them I meant to say put on hold. lol I started to watch all three weekly once I caught up to One Piece. But Naruto went downhill for me after the Pain arc and Bleach after the Aizen fight (with some in between WTF moments like Tosen’s transformation).

@@cheapship6843 I thought it was good don't get me wrong but I think I was looking to much into the action. I'm all caught into One Piece. I got into One Piece last year and I enjoyed every episode and manga chapter. It wasn't until the Water 7 arc when I started to realize how much of a GOAT One Piece was. Now that I'm rewatching it I'm able to appreciate the Arlong arc and the characters. I even think unpopular arcs like Syrup village was really good and it showed how admirable Ussop is.

I find it ironic since I swear wells was complaining in the beginning of this series that Luffy was too strong and they didn't show why he was strong.

I dont think these guys understand that from episode one till the time skip was 8 seasons, I dont know how many years that is but anybody that has been watching OP from ep 1 up to that point would really appreciate those flash back. These guys are just pushing through it. For example "nothing happened" was 13 years ago, but for them only a few months ago.

Some flashbacks are ok, but some are legit just filling in gaps and don't require so much attention. They could legit skip these episodes to the time skip and they wouldn't miss hardly a thing.

@6:37 when Doffy says that Moria disappeared, either he let him (which i doubt since he says its not a metaphor) or *1-* One of those Pacifistas was Kuma and he sent him somewhere, making it look like he just poofed, or *2-* Moria had his shadow clone/Doppleman somewhere else and he switched with him, teleporting away... or even *3-* Absalom was there and used his clear-clear fruit to make both of them disappear if he was awakened or could do that but we hadnt seen it

Nah, some of OP just be filling time and it gets mad annoying because you can't just skip episodes. As much as there is dead time in episodes, they also drop crucial information that comes into play later.
