Strawberry Cake 🍓
This cake is easy to prepare and tastes wonderful with ice cream! ☺️
Ingredients:
Flour - 230 g
Milk - 250 ml
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 100 g
Strawberries - 400-500 g
Sugar - 170 g
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Instructions:
Melt the butter. Pour half of the melted butter into the bowl where you will make the dough, and set aside the other half. Add milk, salt, and half the sugar to the bowl. Sift in the flour and mix. It's okay if there are lumps; do not overmix the dough.
Wash and slice the strawberries. Mix the remaining sugar with the strawberries.
Grease a baking pan with the reserved melted butter, then pour the dough into the pan. Spread the strawberries evenly over the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
After baking, let the cake cool at room temperature for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy! 🤍
