Welcome to my Channel!,Today, I am excited to share the recipe for the ultimate Strawberry Cream Delight. This dessert is a perfect combination of juicy strawberries, silky cream, and a buttery crust.
Strawberry Cream Delight Recipe!
Ingredients:
Marie Biscuits 200g
Melted Butter 100g (1/2cup)
Strawberries 300g
Sugar 1/3 cup
Whipping Cream 300ml
Cream stiffener 8g
Strawberry jelly 1 Pack
Process:
-In a blender or chopper, add biscuits and grind them well.
-Add butter & again grind it.
-In a dish , add this mixture and put in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
-Blend the strawberries & sugar to make a strawberry puree.
-In a bowl (chilled in refrigerator), add whipping cream & cream stiffener.
-Beat until fluffy & stiff peaks are formed.
-Add the strawberry puree and beat again until it is fully mixed into the cream.
-Then spread this cream mixture over the top of the biscuit crust.
-Add some extra strawberry slices & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Pour the strawberry jelly over it.
-Let it cool again in refrigerator& serve it.
