1/2 Cup Hot Water form KEttle
1 x 85g Pack Strawberry Jello
250g Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Fine Sugar
400mL Heavy Whipping Cream
260g Dark Chocolate - Use a Chocolate you enjoy eating

@@flowerchild777 we did okay. Lost power for a week and few big trees fell but missed my house. Lost my chicken coop though and four of my girls inside. All in all, I count my blessings every day.

Just made this without added sugar, hubby is diabetic and allergic to artificial sweetener. He loved it. Can still only have a small amount but has a nice tang without the tartness of the strawberry. I’m in Australia. Queensland has very sweet strawberries but not where I am. Thanks for the recipe

Belgium here and we don’t have Jello anywhere. Maybe in a major city somewhere but those are a no go for me. I hate cities. Maybe I’ll check online.

Yes, you can check online or you can just use Gelatine then add some fruit purée to the filling at the end and mix through. You can see in many of my other Mini Cheesecake videos how I use plain Gelatine. Good luck! :-)
