Thank you for a great recipe. For a thicker consistency, I used a pinch of citric acid instead of lemon juice and added 7g. of freeze-dried strawberries. The freeze-dried strawberries give it more "strawberry" flavor. Also added a pinch of salt. I've made it twice and it doesn't last long. I put it on banana bread, bagels and dip fresh strawberries in it. 🤤...yum

В кои-то веки 3 ингредиента - это реально 3 ингредиента, а не 3 основных + 15 дополнительных. Лимонный сок, является 4-м, но необязательным. Выглядит вкусно, спасибо за рецепт.

Hi, I love your inventiveness. I made a variation of your recipe. I already had almond butter and I had half a bag of frozen pitted cherries. so I combined them in my food processor with a little bit of lemon and it came out absolutely delicious. Next time I hope to make your recipe exactly as you have shown us, but my variation will do for now as they are the ingredients that I had.

Excellent recipe! I prefer with even less sugar and also add a little pinch of (finely ground) sea-salt and a little pinch of (finely ground) black pepper. It can be made with macadamia nuts.
