30g sugar
370ml milk
130ml heavy cream
30g sugar
50ml water
10g gelatin
■Yogurt cream
70ml heavy cream
40g non sugar yogurt
10g sugar

If anyone is using agar powder instead of gelatin, I would suggest putting 7 teaspoons to get a similar consistency as HidaMari Cooking's pudding ☺️

Thank you so much. I was about to ask. Sadly, gelatin burns my stomach and makes me feel a bit sick so agar is the best option, and it's not generally a 1-to-1 replacement. Greatly appreciate your info 😊🙏💐

ひだまりさんが以前動画で紹介してくださっていた、イチゴとヨーグルトのムースを今でも時々作っています。イチゴが出ていない時期には冷凍イチゴを使っていました。(でもやっぱり生のイチゴの方が美味しくて…)このレシピは最初から冷凍イチゴで、経済的に助かります！また作ってみますね。
