Hi Mark, this fruit at 17:55, here in Brazil, is called JACA!!!! Artocarpus heterophyllus --- There is soft and hard Jaca !!! With it we make sweet recipes, jellies, liqueurs. And savory ones, jackfruit hamburger, jackfruit fricasses, ect.... The jackfruit seed flour has a high protein content (12%). Hugs and great trips...
