Street Food PARADISE at Gili T Night Market | Lombok Indonesia 🇮🇩

Жыл бұрынI went to Indonesia with a few friends. We started in Seminyak, and then made our way over to Gili Trawangan in the Lombok area of Indonesia. The island had sooooo much to offer, including snorkeling, some of the best SCUBA diving in the world, amazing clean turquoise beaches, but best of all and AMAZING seafood night market. You all know night markets are one of my favorite things! And so is seafood. I felt like I was in absolute paradise and would love to eat here every night lol. If you come to Gili Trawangan, be sure to check out the seafood night market. You won't be disappointed.
I didn't bring my camera along for the ride, but after this we made our way to some bars and clubs. I can say with confidence that the nightlife in the Gili islands are some of the funnest I've found. They have awesome DJs with a great variety of music and dancing. The drinks and food were super cheap, vibes were positive, and really it's just an amazing environment for everyone!

The Gili islands were awesome, but unfortunately Kris got super sick while we were there. It was actually extremely sad because at the time we were only dating. We were on this amazing international trip together and she was stuck in the room, coughing, and feeling horrible. Our relationship was all new and I had to go to the USA soon. We didn't know when we'd see each other again or anything. We were still just dating and "seeing where this goes". As you know... things worked out great, but she and I want to go back and experience it again healthy!

Lol yep! This was the day after and you can tell it’s fresh. It’s not quite the proportion of an upside down cross, I looked it up to be sure lol. Honestly I don’t know what it is, I just like the shape and look haha!

Well, if it was intended to be a cross then luckily for you, all you have to do is have anyone add a little longer line at the bottom, and you’re good to go if you ever wanted to change it. Keep up the good content B we are all loving it!

Nice vid! We are going to Gili T for a month in Feb. Which was your fav restaurant? I’m going to chk out the warungs bc we are budget travellers with 3 kids…won’t be eating lobster 😅

Oh wow! A month there sounds amazing! If I’m being honest, that feels like it may be too long. It’s a small island. If you’re relaxing more than exploring then it seems nice. Honestly I went back to the market a few times because I was able to choose different things each visit and it was very affordable. We also went to the restaurant in front of the Natya Hotel (I can’t find the name), which is where we stayed. We ate at quite a few more places along the beach. They vary in price a little, but not too much. Sorry if that doesn’t answer your question, but I think you’ll be able to find something quickly since everything is very close together and menus and prices are posted in front of the restaurants.

@@WhereisBrad thks, Ill look for that restaurant by natya. Yes definitely relaxing not partying…we have 3 kids so we slow travel. Plan to do lots of snorkeling, walking, eating, napping 😎

@bluestarfishsea sounds like it’ll be a great trip! If you rent bikes, USE THE BIKE LOCK! lol, I they told me and I forgot to once. My bike was stolen and they wanted me to pay a lot for it. I didn’t end up having to pay, but it was an annoying stressor.
