I find it strange to think about even before Covid lol, but maybe that’s because etiquette is different in Japan than here in the states and I know ppl would be gross and double dip

When everything has been boiled and reboiled and reboiled there's no possible life in it. Also the ph of the sauce will affect (or not) the bacteria present.

At Dotonbori, we had all you can eat JBBQ and it was so good we came back the next day but this time we got all you can drink. It was incredible.
