LAHMACUN: A popular street food of Turkey! I am eating lahmacun in a very local place in Istanbul where local people enjoy this authentic popular street food everyday. I'm from Germany and Lahmacun is also very famos. And I like it. But I think it is realy different. Most time the dough ist very soft and chewy. There is more salad inside (cucumber, tomato, onion, soure red and white coleslaw, garlic-yogurt-sauce). Because of this it is cold before you get ist. Now I will try your recipe. It looks very delicious. Thank you.

In English we often describe food that is not spicy (no hot chili pepper) as "mild" Hope this helps you. The food looks so delicious. Greetings from the USA

We lived in the TRNC North Cyprus for 14yrs and you to go to a little eating place in the village and order the Lahmacun so tasty that is one of the foods that me miss ,all our friends that used to come and stay always wanted to eat the Lahmacun.

All Meat in Istanbul is with lamb Nest Thats my Problem i don‘t eat lamp so i have to Rat Fish or vegetables. But my Husband love it,i will come to Istanbul in 16th of june on my bitheday i love this town ,i love the People ,thank you. 🥰

Thank you so much for this video Ayşenur hanim • You brought back so many good memories • Actually we used to go this restaurant whenever we were in İstanbul •The owner Mehmet usta was a very hospitable host (he is the guy with the white moustache seen in the photos hanging on the wall )• the lahmacun the patlican tepsi were delicious the place was called Şanlıurfa taşfirin•• A great adress not to be missed in İstanbul • Thanks again 🙏🏼

I'll definitely try the tantunis as the veg version with soya chunks and cheese.😁 After watching Hekimoglu series, I came to know that Tantunis are also a famous street food in Istanbul. And I must say Turkish people do like street food same as we Indians. 😄😄 And this Ayran is same as Lassi in India.

Very nice. I will be visiting Turkiye very soon. Is anyone know what is the latest requirements for entering Turkiye? Too much information I found but not consistent. Some airlines required to fill in entry form, some required COVID-19 vaccine cert some are not. I am so confused
