It's all good homes, just think we lived it...we remember a time when homephones were real and they had cords, when dads pager number was ingrained in you along with all your friends home phone #'s, when dial up and AOL was cutting edge and MTV was cool cause Celebrity Deathmatch was on when music wasnt, when Napster were rebels and Limewire infected everything lol...just live and let live cause like Blue in Old School, you never know when its your time but hopefully its during the time of your life...All we are is just dust in the wind 😄😅

The reason old fucks like me say "do what makes you happy" is because we didn't do what made us happy and regret it. It's much, much harder trying to rekindle and live your passion and dreams at 30 than it is at 20...life comes with unforeseen twists and turns. Like children....they're the best thing that'll ever happen to you, and they also make you realize that you dont matter anymore...what you wanted and dreamed of is secondary...as it should be.

I started really young with drugs and was a everyday user and barely got clean last year. 29 has been rough for me as well I caught a dwi last veterans day and literally lost everything and hit rock bottom but I'm good now slowly getting shit together finally.

hang in there man. A LOT of people have been in similar shoes. Me included. Just remember that there is no 'good now'. Always keep in mind that it's possible again, and it won't happen again.

@@OoogaBoog I feel like those of us that go down that wild path and see the world as ugly as it truly is realize that when we finally make it to 29 it's a fundamental lie...what we did had terrible odds of success. When the big 3oh comes it's like you're on a mountain and theres two paths. One is to the green meadows, with flourishing life and nice clean air down below; the other is to the extreme, to go farther, to see if you can reach that crest, all the while clinging to the edge and skirting the line..trying to get higher and less bound. Theres a point I believe when people decide whether they're going over the edge or not. And its 100% a person al decision. You have to make, not matter how many tragic or triumphet stories your hear. I've decided to start my way to the meadows.

Was involved with drugs before and after the service, had 4 guns to my head, twice a struggle where I came out on top, the other two times I was dead to rights...no moves. If you ever wonder why people who are about to be executed why they dont act and do something....its because they never found the opportunity. In my obvious experience it's a 50/50 draw. I'm still here, only because I'd be damned if that motherfucker would get me if I got a chance to turn the tide aggressively. All that shifts cool for Friday night kitchen table bullshit, but I have 5yr old twin daughters and that's my focus these days. Do what you have to do every day to get by, I'm no judge, but I do know the sooner you accept yourself the sooner that extra baggage falls off and you become a devoted to something genuine.

@@1320video yeah man, honestly it was my pleasure to have the opportunity to serve. I grew in a small town in Texas called Bridgeport. You know of MVPmotorsports and how the start of TX2k came about. Well that's where it all began, Dusty Womak was a few years older than me but I distinctly remember in the early 2000's of him driving his beat up red Supra....that super would eventually be in all kinds of magazines. I have to say that a 1000hp Supra in small town Texas where muscle cars ruled for decades was something new. The town was all of 4000 people back then. But that's my roots....I have several buddies in the car community rn, my buddy Robert Delangel works over at RealSt now, and many others went on to get involved big after Dusty opened the doors in the early 2000's for us...wish I would have gotten my chance to get into the community but the cards were dealt that joking the service was my best option, and I dont regret it...in face I'm hoping to use my GI Bill to go to School of Automotive Machinists (SAMtech) down in Houston and hopefully get to live my passion as a means to a way of life. Keep up the good work guys, been a fan for years. Maybe I'll get to meet the 1320video crew one day...maybe it'll be me making some epic pass or have my signature and craftsmanship within the motorsports world.

@@2vcameron331 Never forget...I was in 7th grade about to walk to school when the second plane slammed into the World Trade center on live TV....right then and there, I knew my life was going to change. I haven't and we won't forget....but for us older folks it's a while lot more close to memory than what the kids the see says are...well actually are not being taught about 9/11. Shut changed and it affected all of us. My National Pride and Nationalized Innocence was violated...I had to join.
