I do wish I could afford to drag race in the NPK class. Those are some bad ass race cars, but it would be a total waste of time if you can't afford to have the same equipment that can hang with the top 5 cars. I would never commit to do something that if I ever won it would be bc the top cars had something to go wrong. There just wouldn't be any fun in that for me!!!

I feel like racers that arent racing this season only raced to be on tv, now that its not on tv anymore they dont want to race npk anymore. You have afew drivers that its understandable like mike murillo, chuck 55 and even damon for not participating in npk anymore.

What he said was that they were braking so many engins when they took the car to the dyno for testning, and the Chevrolet engines he uses is hard to find and expensive. So when he was offered a Great deal on Axmans car he couldn't resist it. If it will be his permanent NPK car or just a temporary one the future will show us. 😊
