I think it would be better if the city would just put out some detour signs and just give these kids a place to do this.they are like modern day bootleggers and I don't think it is going to be going away any time soon. and just have some loose rules on it. People got to let of some pressure once in awhile. I know people always hate seeing comments like this but in the crazy world that it is I really think for the most part these are not near the worst kind of gathering. I know people get hurt but look what happens at concerts and sporting events sometimes right in front of all kinds of security.wish I was a richy I'd make some room for them somewhere.
