Why are some lamps lit during the day? Also can you test them after you relamp them? How do you know which ones to change?

We turn on the main control center. Then we follow the map and check off afterward. We've divided it into different sections. During the daytime, we turn on the lights in case there's something else wrong with the fixture, and then we fix it.

Yes, it's 2024, but tell me a country where they've completely transitioned to LED? Maybe the United Arab Emirates? Which country are you from? Honestly, were you LED everywhere except in the city center? It takes time to transition to LED. And just because it's LED doesn't mean it's maintenance-free.
