Join PFP Instructor Polly Caprio in this FUN 35-minute workout for cardio, agility, strength, and cognition. During today's workout Polly will lead you through a series of fun cardio-centered exercises that also engage your brain and target the symptoms of Parkinson's. Today's workout is done standing with one small weight (optional). We will also be working on balance, so please have a chair or wall nearby to hold onto if needed! If a 35-minute standing workout isn't your pace today, we encourage you to check out our other classes! We have plenty of challenging and effective seated workout available on our KZfaq channel.
