Hi Lauren 👋🏽 Love your workouts but a bit confused in the beginning when balancing the ball to manage tremors. Is it psalms upwards? Or on the backs of your hands? Keep up the good work! Always working out with you from across The Big Pond 🇬🇧 😊

Hey Polly, Cooper and everyone at PfP - I found this class quite challenging today even though I still enjoyed trying to keep up with you whilst exercising 😊 My co-ordination just wasn’t playing either and so my arms were all over the place and my legs felt like lead when doing the tyre drill exercises too. That aside, I still enjoyed your standing class - it was great for my balance, it got my heart rate up and I also loved the tune - Green Onions - we were working out too, so I still felt really good afterwards :) I'll have another bash at doing this workout again tomorrow to see if I’m just having a bit of an off day today. It was also GREAT to see Cooper too - wish I could sleep like Cooper does! hahaha Sending love and best wishes to you all from England, have a great week, Amanda

It really hot in my neck of the woods. 90 degrees day after day. Well, that's how it is around the Mediterranean. Yet the sea and the beach are the best. When I was in school me and my close buddies used to escape from classes to the beach. Others, the "good boys" used to say "Moshe has the key to the sea". As to this session and my performance. The session was very good. Regarding my performance I'll use the phase popular in State Department "no comment". Specifically speaking about part 1. But I exercised all way to the end. I'll work on it more. To conclude : Thank you very much Lauren for all you do for us the parkinsonians.

I practiced the 2nd exercise Lauren. I tried to learn the first exercise . But it is way too difficult for me as my balance is not great at the moment. Bringing the legs to other side is hard for me. But hopefully one day I will be able to. Thank you for giving us challenging exercises.

This was work, but FUN! I love the physical and cognitive challenges! I’m happy to say I was able to follow Lauren through each of the exercises! The rainbow leg lift exercises was fun with the rocket squat! That arm roll while heel-toeing always takes a bit more concentration for me! Thank you for work Lauren!

Hi, this is Judy, from San Francisco Bay Area, CA It was a productive and fun exercise session today! I have been dealing with some right hip flexor pain but the more I did the exercises the better I felt. The hardest for me was lifting my right leg up to cross over. I had to really had to focus on bringing my leg up and over. Thank you for a good workout!
@PowerforParkinsons7 күн бұрын
Oh that is so good to hear Heidi!! We are wondering you if you did another class after this one?!
@laurenlewis69697 күн бұрын
@@judithgee8275 Good for you Judith for sticking with it even when you found it difficult. The lifting and crossing opens up your hip flexors so when you do them a few times it should feel better and easier. As you get better and stronger, try to rotate that knee out when you lift to open the hips up even more. Small steps become bigger steps when you progress at your pace. Good work Judith!!!
