I have been doing yoga and there are a lot of moves that dorsiflexes the toes, I do have capsulitis and hammertoes, so basically I should not be doing these in yoga? Why does dorsiflexing the toes harmful to these conditions?

i have been diagnosed with fhl tensovyvitis and the pain is similar to that of plantar . Would correct toes and these exercises help?

I have been using them since Nov 11 2015 and they are great, they have helped a lot since I have flat foot. But I noticed they have created me a problem with my pointer or index toe. I starter to get a small bunion on it. The tip of the toe points out towards the little toe but the base of the toe is turning inward towards the big toe. Can you guys help? Or tell me how to fix it or is it normal. I just started when I started using correct toes.

+calva88 Thanks for the information. Medically speaking, bunions typically form in the first and fifth metatarsal head (big toe and pinky toe). We have linked a video for more information on bunions. However, please continue to take note of the toe, especially if you do begin to show signs of pain/discomfort. Every case may be different, so we're glad you have been mindful of your Correct Toes usage. Give us a call at the clinic if you have any questions.
