This full body stretching routine for men and women incorporates mobility exercises for the hips, shoulders, and spine and will stretch your quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes, hip rotators, chest, lats, spinal muscles, and more! This full body stretch for flexibility can be done before or after workouts. These stretches incorporate strength components to help beginners get more out of their flexibility routines. I finished cancer treatment and was given remission yesterday. I was a martial artist practising karate but had to stop. Hopefully starting again soon. I don't think I will b able to do all your strength stuff but I have done this today and man u have no idea how good it feels having not really trained for so long. This has made a 62yr old very happy. I 8ntend to keep trying your stuff. Thank you from a happy Englishman 👌👍

This time has been a blessing in disguise. Im reading more, got better at basketball, more time with family, increased my flexabilty ( with help from you guys who were also discovered during this time), started practicing MMA, and changed career paths. What a year!

Can't thank you enough Strength Side. Your workout allowed my 11 yr old son and I to break up the day with some quality movement (which made it quality time). Got him off the xbox and me off the work laptop. We both finished the workout feeling good about ourselves!! Love the work you do!

Found you when trying to find a way to maintain my exercise routine in the absence of a gym (although I like your approach so much that I might just ditch the gym after the stay-at-home is all over). I also continue to practice yoga, stepping up the frequency now, and give more time to improving my Spanish and learning to speak French. Being nearly 70, I don't want to waste any of my remaining time.

And one more thing.......during the dancing frog, my leg doesn't even *almost* begin to lift off the ground, ha! But, I really appreciated your reminder that just making an attempt at such a move will engage and strengthen the body in new ways. I just discovered you and am only beginning to explore your content, but I'm excited about your holistic approach to development of the body and self.

I messaged you on FB to thank you for your videos! You have literally saved my bacon! I'm a homesteader, and over the winter a repeated back strain turned really bad, leaving me prone on the ground with back spasms in sub zero weather....I could barely move for a week after. I went to a doctor, and found it was just a really bad pull...he gave me a regiment of basic stretching and strength training exercises and a bottle of muscle relaxers. After a month of that, I was checking out similar exercises on youtube, and found Strength Side. I've incorporated a bunch of hip, back, and knee exercises into my own daily morning routine. About a week after, my back started getting tight and hurting again...so I backed off a little with the strength training, and kept up on the stretching.... Fast forward to this morning....it rained last night, and while outside, feeding my animals, my foot slipped a few inches in the mud (while carrying full buckets of food). This is exactly what set my back off over the winter....but today, nothing...my legs, hips and back are stronger AND more flexible...I still feel stiffness, and soreness, pretty much constantly, but it is slowly fading... Mobility isn't an issue, until you don't have it...then it seems it's everything! As such, you have been an inspiration here, and have changed my life in ways I never thought a few stretches could possibly do! Thank you!!!

Hi Josh. Greetings from the UK. Like many here lockdown, home working and a slower pace is allowing my wife and I time to discover new ways of being, and encouraging us to care for our physical, spiritual and mental well being. This is what has led us to discover your channel and we’re loving the challenging but meditative tone of your daily work outs and stretches. Just wanted to check in and say hi, and thank you for what you’re doing. Strange how this pandemic is actually bringing people around the world closer through our isolation and allowing us and the planet to heal through this enforced shut down. My thoughts are with anyone suffering at this time.

Being at home has led me back into my yoga practice seriously. From that routine I needed to build strength and happened upon your meditative strength training. It fit. It is exactly what my body needed. You're instructive style detailing exact body motions and muscles and the contracted slowness prevents injuries. It brings me into my body. Thankyou Josh. I just love this stretch routine . Best one iv ever found ! Its so easy to follow and mimic as your body shows each little muscle working which teach's my body through my eyes what to aim for . As for the positive perspective of this quarantine its amazing for me personally ! . Im energetically sensitive so my aura has been struggling to expand to fullness since being plonked in a noisy class room at 5 . Now i can feel my energy field like it was pre 5 ,,, its so relaxed , shiny and exuberant :) . As a female its actually profound to have men smile , with acknowledgement and respect and give my body the room it craves . Everyone is having to be more aware ,respectful and best of all break habitual movements and behaviours . This breaking of habits is bringing in more consciousness ,and over all i see SO many are waking up .

Did some of your videos a couple of months ago and then left a tab open but didn't come back to them, until today... and now I know I will be back here more often! Quar life sure has me looking after my body more, but also feeling tensed a lot more - this felt soo good just now, and inspired me to bring in some of these movements into my yoga practice and classes too! felt great!! Love the dancing frog I am definitely a lot more motivated to workout at home whereas previously my motivation only came from having a trainer at the gym. I feel more creative during this time to come up with workouts and to provide my body with activity all through the day instead of only for a certain time. I hope these habits persist into non-quarantimes.

I got came back from the gym and I was watching the 15 minute fully body follow along at the gym. Haven't exercised or even stretched in a while so I really felt the stretches. Good on you for making these videos. They're very helpful.

Loving trying to become more mobile. I've been able to add more movement into my day by having to stay at home. I've also watched some videos about Ido portal very interesting. I'm also enjoying getting into my creative side by drawing and colouring. Keep up the great content.

You're truly my greatest find on KZfaq in the last couple of years :-) Love your videos, your approach to stuff, your sense of humour :-) I'm at the start of my journey to better mobility, flexibility and to stronger me. I'm a triathlete and I feel it will benefit me not only as a person but also as an athlete. This part of tri training was always the first one to skip if there was not enough time to squeeze it in the schedule. I'd always prefer bike, run or swim (always stretching after though. But not enough). And I knew it wasn't good neglecting it, especially when I'm over 40 now. I have already done a couple of your follow alongs. Some movements are quite tough for me at the moment but I enjoy the workouts immensely and I DO feel so much better afterwards! Thank you for all your work!

OK that was just what I needed. Currently working in a nursing home doing therapy with Covid+ patients who can't swallow their food safely. It's a high stress environment but I am making the most out of it, and this has actually helped me to maintain structure (e.g. eating healthy, going to bed early, and stretching in the am). This workout is going to start my day off feelin' good. Thanks my friend!

I had a lamenectomy and spinal fusion a year ago. I am stiff and constantly in pain. During quarantine I am doing lots of personal development (shadow work) and healing myself physically through videos like this. Thank you Josh ❤

It's been an amazing couple weeks! Been able to add more strength training into my movement practice. Using the your leg training routine you just put out, getting my shrimp down. The extra time has been a huge blessing which feels weird with all the shitty stuff that's going on...

Hi Josh, thank you for creating this routine. I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now. It really helps me to become more flexible, not only my the body, but also in my mind. To answer your question, I'm enjoying the cocooning at home together with my wife who's pregnant and our two other children. Next to this I have been focussing on building a place online where people can share their precious memories with their family in a private and safe way which I hope to launch early next year. The pandemic has given me room to focus on trying to build something positive which I really enjoy.

Really love the stretching. I'm a man that builds muscle very very easily even when just doing body weight training. With your classes, I maintain a good amount of mobility as well as strength. Please don't bring the world of the Covid into this positive environment. Many thanks.

Been doing a few of your stretching routines and workouts for 2 weeks an d can already notice a difference. After moving from a very physical job to a desk job my body had stiffened up and lost strength. I already feel better in myself physically and mentally.

Thing is here where I live, schools are still close, so my 3 kids are being homeschoold. We already spent almost all day together, sharing a lot. Now I have to teach them even how to read. It turned into my own "Aconcagua" to climb. A real trip into getting to be the best teacher and mother I can be. In the meantime I found your videos. And yesterday they began practicing some moves with me! As always...thanks so much for sharing 🙏 🎏

This was sooo helpful. I have a shoulder that always bothers me and when I did these stretches my first time my shoulder popped and the pain I had is gone. Zero. No more.

I'm doing handstand drills every day! I started with very inconsistent entry, but now I can hit it more than half of the time! I'm also working on balancing at the top!

Insane..those extra add-ons to the exercises that I've been doing a while have changed the game. Gives me so much more to work on, and I didn't even realize it. Cramping on both sides ;) From Italy, quarantined for some time. Love the extra time to work on my STRENGTHSIDE workouts and spend time with the family. It always feel better. I definitley feel that cat stretch, however I am ready for more but my cats fall asleep. This quarantine helps to get the body routines into daily life. So far I struggle enough just being home and try to explore new movements of the body. Videos help a lot. Thank you
