I went to physiotherapy twice and doctors for the past year because of my right shoulder pain and nothing was working. Using the squat university tests I figured out that I have thoracic mobility issues and shoulder stability issues. Furthermore, I had a subluxation in the affected shoulder which I literally yanked back into the socket myself. After two months of theracic mobility and shoulder stability work, now I have zero pain in my shoulders!

I am so grateful for SquatUniversity. I spent way too much money on a chiropractor who wasn't helping me get back into shape. I feel like a dope, and I waisted so many months. After watching and implementing these exercises and stretches for only a few weeks, my back pain is gone, and I'm back to building muscle 💪 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊 Honestly can't describe how happy I am!

If u don’t have a restrictive bed frame, u can do all of this while lounging around at nighttime. Makes a night and day difference, and most people don’t realise they’re doing it and how much it helps

Have anything on upper back pain most likely caused by a little bit of curvature of the spine. My son complains about this all the time and he is a nursing student so he does a lot of lifting with patients. Have any suggestions for him and how to relive that? Thankyou

curvature is stiffness on one side and weakness on the other, that's all I know. so the kettlebell stretch on his tight side would probably be a good start

I had a head/neck/back injury a couple years ago…completed PT, supposed to have expensive weekly shots(and that’s with the insurance)for constant pain but don’t…I just exercise and try to ignore it. I’ll try, Hopefully this will alleviate some of that, if not nothing to lose, thanks 🙏

Wait, this is a stretch?! It feels like a full on exercise. The first time i did it, I could barely do two "reps" on each side. That's how WEAK my muscles are. Clearly, I need to work on this, thank you so much.

Do you have any exercises or recommendations for someone with spondylitis of the lower back? My stretch routine consists of bird dog poses, supermans, and glute bridges. Any assistance or help would be appreciated.

I've had rotator cuff tear which was operated on years ago and I am still very limited in range especially when lifting any weight from my right side up. I also had a torn bicep string which was reattached and causes tightness in my right bicep and then 3 torn ligaments around my right shoulder and lat which still gives me pain. I've done loads of physio and it didn't help. I just learned to put up with the pain but would literally cry joyful tears if I could get rid of it finally

i think strengthening your rotator cuff and your biceps in a lengthened position could help, might be worth a try

Is there a time to give up? No flexibility in arthritic shoulders. Doing everything for 2+ years with no improvement. Still cannot put bar on back to do squats. Any ideas?

Bro needs to come work on my left hip. I’ve been to the chiropractor and physical therapist for a year now with little improvement. I can’t sit for longer than 15 minutes and I have to take an unreasonable amount of drugs just for 6 hours of sleep. Standing? Perfectly fine with that, I can do that for 19 hours a day! I just can’t sit or lay down.
