Sir I have a brother he is almost 12-13 years old he is totally dependent on wheelchair he has also gained weight and his feet are not stable on group even he can stretch his arms or lift his arms i don't know which exercise is good for him and can you suggest some treatment for him please that would really be your kindness 😔🙏🏻
