Thank you for visiting Toronto! That plaza is in Scarborough, Toronto. I go there almost every week there are so many places to visit! Last time I visited, there are a few more restaurants that are getting ready to open. There’s a smaller plaza just south of this and another one just about 3 blocks north. This area is amazing!

Just as a reminder, while it is safe to eat crab and lobster innards, they should be eaten very sparingly (or not at all preferably) due to the potential of high concentrations of carcinogenic PCBs. Maybe someday the world will get its act together long enough for that to stop being the case.

Gotta say Mike, I recently got AG1 and was first, blown away that it was $95 for the "starter kit". Second, I tried sipping it to really see how it tastes since I saw you try it and say you liked the taste but let me tell you buddy, that stuff tasted like if mushroom powder was substituted for Nesquik! This brings back my chugging days cause you don't want to taste it, you want to just get through it. I am sticking through the month to see how I'm doing to see if the taste is the only the second worst part of this experience. My liver tests should show if it's true or a gimmick...very disappointed so far and have lost trust in your "good taste".
