You might want to place a few more bus stops in the center of your places of work as sims are willing to, IIRC, walk only up to 8 tiles at most for any portion of their commute. So at all train stops you want a bus stop (which you did do here, can't remember elsewhere), but there's definitely some significant coverage missing.

Strict, you should try downloading some custom industries, like simgoober's textile mill and other factories. In reality, industry is very big, not just a bunch of small buildings, I've seen some mods that allow you to build custom industrial buildings before. That would be cool. Other idea would to maybe make a single large scale industrial work place, like say a refinery or a steel mill. Maybe even a mining operation. That would really add some flavor to your city. Also look for a new power plant. While sure the fusion plant provides enough power, but it just doesn't look in place. Look for like a large coal or maybe a LOT based nuclear power plant. These are only suggestions though. Keep up the good work.

Strictoaster Hey with the triangular parking lots, I think it says terrain to steep if you try to plop it on a diagonal road. So it only works on default roads.

Sadly this is a little late with all the work you've done, but I'd love to see that train bridge as a diagonal one to work it perpendicular to the river.

ouch... not one of your finest moments... Looks ok but when it comes to industry, it needs to have purpose. It doesnt need to be so random and "nice". Try a to use grid system. Doesnt have to be spot on but still, the indutrail area is a bit hard for me to look at.
